STORE PICKUP – 20 Beck Bagan Row, Kolkata-700017 Orders can be picked up daily, from 10:30am – 6:30pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY Local delivery is available for addresses within the State of West Bengal. The Local Delivery is made using the Tata Ace Vehicle which is hired on contract for every local delivery order.
Orders placed before 12:00 pm during store hours 10:00 am – 6:30 pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Orders are generally shipped using OM Logistics or Ship Rocket company services. Shipping fees may vary depending on factors such as Distance, Zonal Area, Weight and Size of the product, etc.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates:Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For Most of the products where you may not find Shipping rates while checking out, the rates are added to the MRP price at which you have bought the product.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to all the countries but the rates may vary.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jaffri Creations Fountain Decor Pvt Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns after confirmation of the order, if the item is damaged during transit we shall replace the material but for that the customer shall have to provide video of opening the product immediately within 24 hours of receiving it, showcasing that they received the damaged item and it was not damaged afterwards.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@jaffricrations.com with your Quotation number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
