Refund and Return Window
- Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
- If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A signed unverified delivery document and a video of the unboxing are required to confirm if the product was damaged during transit.
- Products exempt from returns include:
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials.
- Flammable liquids or gases.
Requirements for Return Process
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.
- Items damaged due to reasons not caused by us (e.g., mishandling post-delivery) will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are only processed for items that are defective or damaged.
- To initiate an exchange:

- Ship the item to: 20 Beck Bagan Row, 2nd Floor, Kolkata – 700017.
- Ensure you sign the delivery document as unverified and record a video of the unboxing to confirm any transit-related damage.
Gift Returns
- For items marked as gifts at purchase and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit upon the return of the item.
- A gift certificate will be mailed once the return is processed.
- If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.
Shipping for Returns

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
